Pastor Allen and Velda Bates are the senior pastors and founders of Victory Church. Pastor Allen is a gifted teacher and speaker who teaches us how to apply biblical principles to our everyday lives. Victory is blessed to have a God-called pastor that is full of integrity and the knowledge of God’s Word. He is a man of prayer that refuses to shy away from preaching the truths of God’s Word.
