Allen Bates is the senior pastor and founder of VFC. Pastor Allen is a gifted teacher and speaker who teaches us how to apply Biblical principles to our everyday lives. VFC is blessed to have a God-called Pastor that is full of integrity and the knowledge of God’s Word. He is a man of prayer that refuses to shy away from preaching the truths of God’s Word.

Pastor Allen and his lovely wife, Velda, have three adult children, three grandsons, and a granddaughter. Pastor Allen enjoys boating, skeet-shooting and spending time with his grandkids.
